HOW TO USE:

Use in the bath and dissolve before the cold water is added. Let the body soak in the oils and the scent relax the mind. Alternatively place into shower tray, switch-on shower and switch-off mind. As it dissolves in the hot water, it will release the essential oils in the steam. INHALE. EXHALE. REPEAT. Use in combo with our SLEEP IS EASY blend for the ultimate ZZZzz routine.
