HOW TO USE;

Use in the bath and dissolve before the cold water is added. The aroma will invigorate your senses leaving you feeling energised. Alternatively place steamer in the base of your shower tray and step in. As it dissolves in the hot water, it will release the essential oils in the steam. Take a deep breath and be woken up by the blast of zingy minty-ness! INHALE. EXHALE. REPEAT.

HOW TO STORE:

Store somewhere cool and dry until you are ready to be awakened.
