HOW TO USE;

Use in the bath and dissolve before the cold water is added. Let the body soak in the oils and the scent open up the airways. Alternatively, place steamer in the base of your shower tray and step in. As it dissolves in the hot steamy water, it will release the essential oils in the steam. Breathe deeply and be woken up by the blast of minty-ness! INHALE. EXHALE. REPEAT.

HOW TO STORE:

Store somewhere cool and dry until you are ready to be revived.
