Sandalwood - a grounding oil used for calming the mind, like trees, standing rooted and strong in the soil. Pop the oil on the bottom of your feet for the same positive impact.

Frankincense - a powerhouse of an oil. It enhances all the other oils in this mix as well as helping the nervous system to shhh your buzzing mind and relax your over-tired body. Amazing right?

Vetiver - a great oil for those with overactive minds! Poor sleep cycles feed into anxiety and worry, it supports your mind to ‘switch-off’ the thinking.

Chamomile - a small flower with super soothing powers, it’s been used as a serious sleep inducer for many years.

Ylang Ylang – a sweet-smelling oil that promotes sleeplessness with an added bonus of balancing out hormonal changes too!

HOW TO USE:

This roll-on blend is already prepared and ready to apply directly to skin. Apply to back of neck, temples, chest, wrists and bottom of feet when chilling at night time to aid with sleep. Use in combo with the NOT SO STRESSY blend for greater results!

WATCH OUTS:

For external use only. Possible skin sensitivity. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears and sensitive areas. Discontinue product use if there is any redness or itching.
