Ylang-Ylang - a delicious-smelling oil that helps to soothe stress, anxiety and sleeplessness. Also, known to balance hormonal changes it lowers blood pressure and heart rate and quite naturally sets the body up for sleep.

Roman Chamomile - a small flower with powerful calming effects, it’s been used to support seamless sleep for centuries!.

Magnesium Chloride Flakes - These natural salts are rich in Magnesium a mineral which helps to detoxify the body, replenish your body’s levels of magnesium which is needed for over 300 processes including providing relief from muscle tension and spasms and as well as improving sleep quality.

HOW TO USE:

Use in the bath and dissolve before the cold water is added. Let the body soak in the oils and the scent relax the mind. Alternatively place into shower tray, switch-on shower and switch-off mind. As it dissolves in the hot water, it will release the essential oils in the steam. Relax and breathe in the aroma. Use in combination with our SLEEP BLEND rollerball pulse point for extra support.
